    My senior - retired - neighbor lady went to their store. They charged her FIFTY EIGHT DOLLARS - for a refrigerator/Freezer LIGHT BULB!!!I found the EXACT SAME BULB on line for $11.99 with free shipping When confronted - - they used a watranty part excuse I advised them they should be ASHAMED!Read their YELP reviews. STAY FAR AWAY.

    Had a brand new wall oven that was tripping circuit breakers in our newly built home in March of 2022. After having an electrician check the house's electricity and he determined the oven was causing the issue I contacted Whirlpool who assigned the job to Nelsons Appliance in Myrtle Beach, SC. Without even coming out they ordered all new circuit boards which took 4 weeks to come in then we had to wait for an appointment. They replaced all of the board without even troubleshooting anything. After the boards were replaced the problem persisted and Nelsons said the house electricity had to be the problem. I hired 2 additional electricians to come in and troubleshoot and both said the oven was the issue. Nelsons Appliance tech (Tim) kept telling me he had 36 years of experience and it was not possible the oven was the issue. We even had the electrician meet Nelsons at the house and the electrician showed Nelsons the problem however rather than investigate he threw his hands up and said not the oven. We called Whirlpool to explain the situation and they told Nelsons to come back and troubleshoot only for Nelsons to call Whirlpool and advocate to cancel the appointment before the appointment day. They are very unprofessional and dismissive of customer concerns. The last time I managed to get them to come out and again I had arranged for the electrician to meet them on site Nelsons came into my garage, told me they are not supposed to be here, and sat on a table that my wife was in the process of refinishing and called Whirlpool tech help. After the call, he hung up and said Whirlpool told him it was not the oven and he was told not to work on the oven anymore. With nowhere else to turn I went and purchased a second oven as a last-ditch effort to prove once and for all that the oven was in fact the problem. It was installed on 7/12/2022 and the issue has been resolved.

    We were following Whirlpool master techline guidance and were verbally assaulted by the customer and asked to leave the property.
    We spent hours troubleshooting this machine.
