    I called and reserved a table for 6 as my siblings were coming into town to surprise my husband for his birthday. I was asked for my credit card and was told that since my husband and I are locals we would need to pay the $10pp cover charge when we arrived and that my card would only be charged once we arrived and checked in. I called at 7:15 pm the evening of our reservation, got a voice message. I left a detailed message canceling our reservation due to my family arriving later than expected due to 95 traffic from **. I received a phone call around 11pm from a man asking if we were still coming. I told him no and that I had left a message earlier. He said he would have the girl check the messages on Monday. My credit card was charged $60.00. I called and got the voicemail, left a message for a return call. No return call. I called a few times and no answer. I called again left a message that I wanted to make a reservation. I received a return call. I explained the situation and that nowhere on their website does it state canceled reservations or no shows would be charged. She said she would check into and call me back. It has been weeks, no return call.

    We located the information related to the above complaint.  We followed up with a phone call to *********************, left a message as she was unavailable at the time of our call.  She returned our call and we apologized and explained that the person she had originally talked to was no longer with us but we could most definitely handle her request. We refunded her $60 on June 4, 2024 and she was happy with the resolution.
