    Order#*****. Placed on 5/2/22 On 8/13/22, I submitted below email to company. Im respectfully requesting a full refund for above order. *** attached pole to the umbrella broke yesterday at ****************** and the wind speed was not even at 15 miles, *** rod that goes to the sand also bent. *** incident happened near other beach goers and families. It could have been a severe accident. Please review the attached pictures. I also informed them **** advised me to work with the company to try to get it resolved. Im still waiting for a resolution.

    Customer did contact us with pictures that showed that they tried to s**** the down pole into hard pack ground causing it to bend, both the down pole and the rod used to s**** the pole down, intended to be in sand only. We do not guarantee our umbrella for specific windy conditions or a minimum wind speed. The canopy was not damaged like it would have been from high wind speeds on a day umbrellas shouldn't be used. The sole damage done to the umbrella was caused by the customer trying to s**** it down into hard pack ground. There is no warranty for our beach umbrellas. We do not offer refunds or exchanges from damage done by the customer.

      The incident happened at the beach in ******************, *****. The color and texture of the sand is different than the one at *****************, **. It is not a hard surface.

    The damage done to the umbrella was from the customer trying to s**** it down into hard pack or wet sand until they bent everything, this is not a product issue. We agree with your credit card company who rejected your claim attempt and we will not be refunding you for your purchase from last year.

    Ordered a beach cart and the rear support bar snapped. Was told 4 months ago that this occurred on several carts and there was a fix and they would send me a part and an additional sleeve to fix the issue. They went silent.

    Customer is correct, after a full season of use they did break their cart (lower rear support). Customer contacted us and we told them we did not have any replacement parts at the time but that we'd work on a fix for them if they couldn't fix it themself. Customer has repeatedly contacted us and we have responded in writing on a number of occasions that we have extra parts coming in October. This is not a manufacture defect as it's only happened on a couple of carts, which we determined were from use, not a defect. There is no warranty or guarantee issue for this individual case.
