Took out a title loan with Dicks Title Loans in ****** ** for $1500. When I took out the loan, i told the agent that payments could not be made until my disability check came in on the 25th each month. They said it was no problem. Only to find out near the termination of the loan that it was. I ahve already paid $3580 on a $1500 loan, that still has an ongoing principle of $1100. None of my payments were never put towards the principle, which intern will cost me three times the amount the loan was worth. I never got in writing that this was an issue and that the loan isnt being paid off. I am disabled with a disabled wife and have my hands full on a daily basis. I have done transactions before and never had an issue. I have text messages from the office saying they couldnt pull the payment from my account, but none saying to pay an extra paymnet to get money put towards the principle. This is criminal and basically fraud, especially towards a disabled individual. I really have no faith that y'all will do anything, but I have to get the ball rolling somewhere. It would be great if you could help me, but wont be disappointed when you dont. Places like this should be regulated more thouroughly by laws and consumer protection overrsight. Let me know what you will or will not do. I dont expect much so wont be suprised if you brush it off. Thanks for taking the time to read this, and have a great day.
