    HORRY COUNTY, **** (************* is looking into a ************ pool company after receiving complaints from viewers that the company was collecting payments but not finishing the job.Cascade Custom Pools is accused of digging a hole, installing some utilities, plaster or concrete and then not returning for weeks or months if ever. Its business license was suspended by the state as of April 3.

    Buyer be warned. Unfortunately we signed a contract with this company in May 2023. They took our money and left us with a cement pool. It cost us an additional $40,000 to have another pool company complete the job. This company has been reported to the ** **************** DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR ANY OF THEIR SUBSIDIARIES.

    Would give 0 stars if possible. These clowns stole ****** dollars from my elderly parents. They wanted ****** dollars to get on the schedule and another ****** dollars to start digging for the pool. After digging a huge hole the next day my parents got a stop work notice from the city. Because these clowns didn't even pull a permit. Come to find out the owner can't even pull permits because he is not licensed. Do not hire this company! The 5 start reviews that he has are fake accounts! Wouldn't trust this company to take the trash bin to the curb.

    Cascade custom Pools is a fantastic pool company! They are honest, patient, and thorough in all of their work. From start to finish, they made me feel like they had my needs and interests above all else.One of the things I appreciated most about the team at Cascade was their honesty. They were upfront and transparent about all aspects of the pool installation process, including the potential costs and challenges. This made me feel confident that they were the right company for the job.Another great quality of Cascade Pools is their patience. They took the time to listen to my ideas and concerns, and provided helpful advice and guidance throughout the project. They were never in a rush to move on to the next step, and were always willing to take the time to make sure everything was done right.Finally, I was impressed by the thoroughness of Cascade Pools. They took care of every detail, from the initial design and planning, to the final installation and clean-up. They even followed up after the project was completed to make sure I was satisfied with the end result.Overall, I highly recommend Cascade Custom Pools for anyone in need of a new pool. They are honest, patient, and thorough, and will make sure you get the pool of your dreams.

    Absolutely loved working with Cascade pools! I gave ***** a rough idea of what I wanted and he turned it into a dream come true!! He was very responsive and patient with all the questions I had along the way!! Ill recommend Cascade anytime!

    Best pool contractor! They have successfully constructed over 10 rental property pools for me and my family. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a great build. They do not rush so if you want a rush job and not allow backfill and proper concrete cure times dont hire them.

    This company does not have a general contractor's license. We gave them a $35000 deposit. They came and dug, we gotta stop workorder because they never pulled a permit. They won't return our calls we had to hire a lawyer they have not Responded to our lawyer letter of demand for a Refund. This company is a bunch of thieves. I don't know if we will ever see any of our $35000 again, but the least I can do is warn othere's. They have an f rating on the Better Business Bureau. Make sure when you're hiring a pool company that they have a licensed general contractor on staff period check with the state licensing board. And with the Better Business Bureau, this was a very expensive ****** for us. They are liars and thieves.
