    Tv didnt work, waited over 2 hours for them to replace the tv. Stove was very *****. The tub would not drain. I understand the motel was a bit dated but certain things could be updated or replaced. The floor was filthy in the room. The room just was not pleasant.

    We got to the hotel early at 1pm, and we were told the room wasn't not ready, and to check back at 4. When we returned at 4, the room still was not ready, and we were told maybe in an hour and they would text or call us. They never did. We finally called them at the hotel manager at 8pm and we were told the room should of been ready by check in and there was no excuse and will get a discount for our trouble and to tell the front desk when we get back. We got back, they gave us our room after waiting in line at 830 by a group of people telling us they don't give towels, toilet paper, the elevators do not work correctly, and they said they will not give us a discount. We got to the room, where there were puke stains right outside the door, no security cameras, room was in a back corner isolated, not a safe feeling for women traveling alone. Once we got to the room, we went to the balcony and the once you pulled the door handle, the door frame came off of the glass. We reported this right away where the maintenance man swore at us and demanded that we pay for damages. We asked for a refund to book somewhere else, and we were told they can switch our room but will not refund us. After saying we need a refund because we came here from ************ and were out of money, we were told to contact booking.com for the refund. We called them and they said the hotel does the refunds. We went back inside and he told us they do not refund people and booking.com lied to us. So they charged us 480 dollars for 2 nights, a 50 dollar security, and for a damaged door we didn't break. We still never got a call back from booking.com or the hotel, and we are put on hold when we try to call. We had nowhere to go and slept in our car. The place is filthy, the people are rude, there's absolutely no security, and they do not care about you and laugh in your face because they take the money from you before you even check in so you're screwed into staying or out however much you paid.

    If I could give less stars I would. If I could have gotten a room at another hotel, I absolutely would have! This place is disgusting!! At check in the lady was straight up rude. We were supposed to have joining rooms with people we were traveling with, she said they dont have any rooms that join with another room. Okay fine, put us on the same floor close to each other. We are not even close. Our traveling friends get to their room and what have you? A door to join a room that the lady said doesnt exist! Our first room was trashed, wasnt cleaned at all. Stove was broken literally could not cook on it because the eyes on the stove were hanging out. Light bulbs were hanging out of the light bulb sockets in the lamps. Went down to the front desk and the lady that checked us in was even more rude. Handed me another room key card and said go see if this room is acceptable. Excuse me?? At this point we were exhausted after driving all day we just went to it. Thank God Im married to a man that does HV** for a living because the ** unit didnt work, he had to fix it. Went to give my son a shower and the shower head fell off and hit him and water soaked the bathroom. We cant even enjoy our balcony because the people next to us have an endless supply of pot and cigarettes. The pools are disgusting. The hot tub had blunt wrappers, candy wrappers and cigarette butts in it. The lazy river had trash and bugs all in it. Not a single space in this entire resort is clean! The pictures online are NOTHING like what this place actually looks like! The first night we kept getting woke up by somebody beating on our door. The second night my husband had to go break up a fight right outside our door. This place is a nightmare! And management has done nothing to accommodate our horrific experience! Do not wast your money or your time at this place!

    I was a guess here for a duration of 5 days. Which I originally booked for 6 days as a Family and Birthday vacation. From the first day my room was extremely disappointed and filthy (I Have pictures) the microwave was rushed completely out where as I can not allow my children to use afraid of the chemicals that *** come from such damaged equipment. I went out and purchased $55 worth of cleaning supplies to make my family space comfortable and clean. Later that night my son awakes me to 3 huge roaches crawling on the stove which was all filthy and worn out. I immediately complained to ******* who decided to reimburse me for the resort fees of $55. Later the day of July 17th the toilet stopped flushing I made yet another complaint and was now reimbursed the resort fees of al 5 nights. The office decided to move me from room 801 to 821 which was equally or worst then were we were already staying. So I declined the room of 821 after I've already spent time disinfecting our original room of 801. On July 21 I woke up to another ***** now on the dresser. So I decided to leave a day early with my children. After several attempts and very rude conversations with employee ********. I called on July 21st after leaving to inform them of my departure as I was told to do so by ***** (supervisor) I spoke with **** and *********************** about this matter. Soon after getting home in JC my son realizes he left his Yellow and Black ******** size 12 . I called notified ****, ******* and sent an email to ****************** about incident. I was told by **** that house keeping will be in at 9 and she will give me a call. Moving forward I recieved no call I called back at 11 AM on July 22nd and spoke ***** again who stated that I should call back Wednesday of the following week to see if house keeping will turn in my son's sneakers.Ms. ***** proceeds to say if house keeping didn't steal them then ***be ********* who's in the room until the 24th of July might have
