    We booked a trip in November for a room that was wheel chair accessible. They gave us a room and I cannot get my wheelchair out on the balcony. It is an ACDA violation to promise wheel chair accessible room and fall through on it. Also the refrigerator is not keeping our food cold and the microwave does not work without tripping a breaker. We have came here for 18 years and didnt have an issue but this is the last straw for this trip.

    We at Wyndham SeaWatch cannot find in our history where this individual ever stayed with us.  SeaWatch Resort is also on this property and they have no knowledge of a ******* Panezott ever staying with them either.

    We stayed at Club Wyndham Seawatch from Sept 5, 2022 to Sept 8, 2022. Reservation XXXXXXXXXXXXX through United Airlines Hotel. We were offered a promotional tour for Sept 6 at 9:00 am ending no later than 10:30. We were told this is a promotional tour, no sales people and we would get a week free with no black out dates. We received a certificate # XXXXXXXXX though GOCVR.com. I paid the deposit of 154.99 on Sept 13, 2022. I called them on 9-28-2022 to finish my reservation at 954-440-5158. I was told they had no places in Myrtle beach for all of April and May of 2023 and they didn't have any club Wyndam resorts at all .I tried to contact Wyndham at 800-466-1589, but couldn't get through, Club Wyndham number is only for owners 800-786-4476.I was lied to 3 times
    1. Told this was a promotional tour with no sales people. There were sales people the whole 2 hours, we never got a tour, they kept us at a table the whole time.
    2. Were told we would be done no later than 10:30, were were there after 11:00 am
    3. We were told no black out dates, they have nothing for 2 whole months next year.
