    Back in November 2022 the company was contracted to replace my roof and repair damages due due to hail storm. hurricane that hit our area. Items that were included in the estimate to ************************** was to replace the roof, repair inside ceiling in breakfast area due to leak from storm. During our discussions, I informed the contractor that work had previous been done on the house to repair the same area. The contractor mentioned that it could be some areas above the ceiling that needed to be repaired to prevent the inside from leaking again and promised he would get the problem resolved. June 2024 Hurr. ******* hit the area & as a result of the amount of rain we received the same area in the house that had been previously been repaired by the contractor began to leak and caused water damage again. I reached out to my insurance company to inquire if this was a new issue or from the same issue that resulted in the previous damage. The adjustor from ******** that inspected the roof mentioned that he thought the area in question had not been completed during the initial fix and suggested I reach out to the company that replaced the roof since it was under warranty. I reached out to the contractor to inform them of the problem and they sent out an estimator to review the roof and they mentioned that they didn't think the shingles on the **** had been replaced, he also stated that the "flasher" was in need of repairing/replacing. I mentioned to my my adjustor from Allstate that the roofing company had reached out to them when they were replacing the roof, and the request was denied, he forwarded me their "claim" and no where in the claim does it state the flasher was requested to be replaced. They had a guy come to the house and inspect the shingles and he stated they did replace the shingles but the leaking could be the result of the flasher needs to be replaced or repair. I mentioned why would you attempt to rectify a problem without addressing symptom
