    Good afternoon, 

    we have reviewed the complaint and looked up the invoice as well as information regarding this job and found as follows. The customer contracted us to conduct flooring installation in the home, and our company provided a measurement as well as acceptable materials for installation that the quote included. The customer ordered their own materials and ordered a floor with attached pad, that also they wanted an additional cork pad laid first. The customer was informed this is clearly stated on the box that installing the floor against manufacturers suggested install will void all warranties. Customer also removed and demoed all their own materials and was to have floors prepped and ready for work. Customer paid invoice and completed walkthrough with business owner. We later received a complaint that the floor was cracking in areas where ********** had seams and potentially the floor was not prepped properly. This clearly is not covered under warranty and no warranty or guarantee was given under these circumstances for work. Customer agreed to potential risks and it just did not work out in their favor. We no longer offer this service.
