    The owner of this business Mr. ** ***** was hired to repair a roof leak on May 2025. The leak continues and he refuses to return and do the proper repair. The phone conversation he was very angry and called me a mother f***** We bought this house on 12/2021, new construction, from ******************, we are seniors on our late 70th, never expected to be robbed by this company. It took numerous phone calls to him to finally answer, and still refused to repair the roof leak. Be aware of this company!

    I had an emergency when my roof began leaking so bad that it was ruining my house inside. I randomly picked a repair company after making several calls. Other companies were unavailable for immediate assistance. ***** came quickly to give me an estimate. He was very kind and attentive to my cry for help. Within a short time the crew was at my house working quickly to solve my issue. No more leak!!! Thank you! I highly recommend this company!! Everyone was highly professional and fixed my roof at an affordable price, so I'm very happy now.

    I am very pleased with the service I received from start to finish. ************** was very pleasant, punctual, and reasonable. I needed a large leak fixed immediately because heavy rain was expected. Other companies were going to charge more and could not come when I needed them. The team of roofers were also pleasant and fixed the issue in a decent amount of time. I did read the negative reviews, but I was in a hurry and needed someone quickly. I must say that I cannot believe that anyone would say such horrible things. The leak is fixed, and I'm very happy that I didn't listen to the naysayers. I will definitely call Specialty Roofing Repairs for future issues. Thank you ************** it was a pleasure to meet you!

    I needed them again and they were great. Came on time and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. Price was great too.

    Called and left message. Received a call back the next morning and explained the situation of why I was calling and wanted to have someone come out and look at the problem with *******. Gentleman on the phone asked what his compensation would be. Told him potentially would be a job for the company but I needed to know what was causing the moisture inside the roof and if there was more areas to be concerned with or it was just one place that it was happening and also if they could tell where the area causing the moisture to affect the wood inside the roof. He replies Well get out there if we can but well call if we can come out. This company is a rip off. This is not how to earn business. Anyone who asks what their compensation will be for coming to look at a potential job should find another line of work cause thats not how to do business.
