    Purchased a brand new 2020 Entegra Vision back in June of 2020. I had issues from the very beginning with them as far as warranty work. They messed up more than they fixed. The workmanship was the absolute worst. Their customer service is just as bad. I now have recently sold my RV and come to find our RV One in ************ did more of a crappy job and tried to hide it. Hid it so well, I had no idea!! In the short of things I'm out over 7k because of them! I would walk to every destination before I would ever step foot on their lot! I make sure to tell everyone I know to RUN - don't walk - RUN past them and never ever stop!!!!They are just the worst ever and I'm not sure how they even stay in business. Well, I do know...they know how to sneak things over on those that don't know much about RV's.
