    Full advertising, no guarantees no money back they will only try to sell you more services and they will take the money out of your bank account under a different business name without you even being present or agreeing to it via ****** beware ladies run away

    Our ****** reviews are 4.9, We have won ********************************** and 1st place for best Esthetician and Accupuncture in ************ 2 years in a row. We rent space from the Mayor of ************. ******* has been a client since last fall. The purchase was made through ****** on her debit card through a link in an email from us through Constant Contact. She had even scheduled 2 services through that purchase. She tried to get additional freebies but di not like my offers. The free serices she wanted included expensive disposables at $77.00. We had done this previously but could no longer. Once she realized she couldn't bully us any longer; she notified ****** that we STOLE her DEBIT CARD and were diverting funds to a different business altogether. ****** performed their due diligence and we were awarded the funds. There can be no guarantees in Medical Beauty Treatments. Alcohol consumption is contraindicated and indicated in her signed releases..In her case her drinking was out of control. We don't even know what her bank account is or where she banks. She refers to a different business name as we are ****************** dba Renual Medspa. This is posted in the spa. I have documents if needed, please let me know.

    I have documentation to prove that this business took money out via ****** somehow after I clearly stated I didnt want to invest any further monies. I first realized the $2543 taken out on Friday May 2nd and i called to complain and ask what they were doing!I never agreed to paying up front for expensive services. I am happy to show bank documents to prove this business may have awards from unknown sources unknownst to most however i consider them greedy criminals after i entrusted them spending over $3500 for the clearlift and neo sculpt and simply asked about their guarantee. They do not honor any customer satifaction options. They just took more money via ***** lavi via ****** which they must've saved my credit card info to make this non approved transaction I was never told. ****** allegedly offered 3 of each treatment as a consolation on May 3rd or so i thought by her email offer. The ****** summary says 6 clear lifts and i never agreed to it. Theres definately a good reason Renual Medspa is not BBB accredited!
