    I hired Cancel Timeshare after hiring ****** ******* couldn't get rid of my diamond timeshare. They did a fantastic job. I worked with Steven as my case manager. He was very helpful and made it easy on me and my husband. We recommend them to anyone wanting to get out of their timeshare.

    I have been with them for almost 2 years and am no better off now than I was 2 years ago. Whenever I want to find out the status I have to call them and make an appointment . This is ridiculous. They guaranteed I would be out of this or my money back. I want my money back now. This has been a complete waist of our time. We now owe Wyndham over $7,000 in payments as well as over $2000 in maintenance fees. We get no help.

    Mr. ******* - you have been offered help time and time again, but somehow you are the only client who cannot figure out that we operate a client portal full of useful information - INCLUDING HOW TO RECEIVE A REFUND. Not only does Cancel Timeshare offer an online client portal that works 24/7 with customer updates, you could have used that very portal to place your refund request at the appropriate time and also prevented another violation of the very Agreement that offers you a refund. It is simply amazing that you are unable to follow our directives and use the appropriate chanels for communication.

    ***Regarding your case - You were unpleased with the speed of the timeshare cancellation and wished to take a different approach by stopping payments on your timeshare. This change (which we stated would restart the process) was your decision and one made of your own impatience. Additionally, when you last reached out on June 14 we offered to speak with you regarding your case, but you did not respond.

    Your Onboarding was completed July 10, 2020 we have two years from that date to complete your case (which means July 10, 2022 is the time you could have requested a refund). If you had simply followed the process and utilized the tools at your disposal we could have assisted you through the proper channels. Again, please use the Client Portal to submit your refund request when the timing is appropriate.

    ***Regarding Service Agreement Violations
    Additionally, you have violated your Service Agreement twice now -
    1. By communicating directly with the developer which violates the Non-Communication Clause.
    2. By posting a review during your active case which violates the Non-Disclosure Clause.
    We operate on a case-by-case basis for determining if a violation has caused enough damage to a case to void our guarantee. At this point your inadherence to our policies is astonishing to say the least.

    ***Regarding Refunds
    To request a refund please submit the refund request on or after July 10, 2022 and follow the steps which include a completed Estoppel and proof your timeshare is in good standing.

    This company has selective memory. Any time from the very beginning I had to initiate contact to find out what was happening. Yes we were to speak that week in question, however, as per their poor customer service, I guess it was up to me to initiate the call as was the case every time in the past. How many times was I told we are very close, near the end, etc.

    If anyone checks my credit, you will see I pay all of my bills on or before due date. This company told me not to make any paymetns, do not interact with them etc. And so as I did, here we are almost 2years later.

    I would strongly suggest you get your facts right. And thank you so much for referring me to the client portal.. Why would you not want to personally interact with your customers.

    We take customer service very seriously. Cancelling a timeshare contract is no easy task and requires a lot of work and adherence to a process. We never direct a client to stop making payments or to start making payments - as that's a personal choice. Again for refund information, please log in to the client portal at the appropriate time.

    Cancel Timeshare made the process easy to get out of our Divi vacation club. Of course when we agreed to Divi, we were told incorrect info and are glad to be out. We signed with Divi August 2018, never got to use it. Looked at other timeshare cancellation companies and decided on Cancel Timeshare as they seemed straight forward.
