We have been trying to close a sale of a ************************* Timeshare for the past several months with Mr **** ****** owner of this company. All Transfer documents were completed by us as seller and the ***** as buyers and forward to **** in mid December 2024. ************** services has repeatadly stated via email that they have not recieved the necessary transfer documents. **** ***** in an email two weeks ago that he would overnight them and has not answered any emails or phone calls ***** us or from ******** as far as I know since. Marriott said yesterday they still have not got the necessary documents. **** has always been slow but now has stopped any professional communications via email or phone. Pauls lack of honest communicaation created the concern that he may have misplaced the documents or worse spent the sellers funds. We are at our wits end to know what to do and want to avoid a criminal investigation. Any help you can provide to expidite the transfer sale and funds transfered to my *** band account would be great appreiated. Thank you in advance

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I am pleased to tell you that since filing this complaint on April 16, 2025. Mr **** ****** has been in communication with me and has expedited the necessary documents to ************************************************** to successfully transfer this time share property and when I check this morning he has actually deposited into my account all the funds due me on the sale.

Thank you BBB for your assistance in this matter, with your help it only took 6 days to successfully completed a transfer that we have unsuccessfully been trying to do ourselves for several months. We respectfully are withdrawing this complaint and consider this matter closed and successfully resolved. God Bless you all for all you do!

Best Regards and May God Bless You,

I contracted to purchase a Time Share at the ****************** in *****, using Mr. ******** firm as the broker/facilitator. This process started in September of 2024 with a credit card deposit of $2,076.00. In November I sent the closing *************** amount, which was received, cashed and purportedly entered into escrow. At the end of December (30th) I sent back the final transfer agreement to Mr. ****** express mail. It arrived just after the first of 2025. I made inquiries to ascertain status along the way, but communication was incredibly spotty - often with many emails going unanswered and no calls. On Feb 5th I received the last response which said Mr. ****** had forwarded this to Marriott when he received it and that it could take 60 plus days. In March I emailed and called numerous times - as the window for my use/reservations was closing for 2026 use. I have, to date, received ZERO responses. The voice mail goes un-returned, as do the emails. The entire process - according to Mr. ******** original missive - was ****** days. It's been almost double that time. The most frustrating issues are the absolute lack of transparency and communication. 7 months later, I am out 25k and have nothing to show for it. I have even reached out to the ******** (many different depts) and they have no record of me in the system (for a timeshare.)

I have responded directly to the customer. The process steps for this transfer that involves work and input from our office and the customers has been completed. The final step involves processing by ******** Vacation Ownership administrative departments and we are merely waiting on them to complete the deal. The deal has been submitted to ******** and we are waiting on them for the deal to go final. I have been unavailable for periods of time over the last month, on a work trip and again on a personal vacation. My son suffered a severe knee injury on the 2nd trip and I have been out of the office over the last 2 weeks for several days at a time attending to his pre-surgery visits, surgery, and assisting with recovery as he is immobile and lives along. I have communicated with Mr. *********** today via email and attempted to call him on both his cell phone and home phone. I received VM when calling both of those. I do not control the length of time it takes for the deal to be completed because the majority of the wait time is dependent on the admin office that is out of our control. That wait is fluid and changes throughout the year. I have given Mr. *********** the best estimates I had at the time updates were requested. I will continue to attempt to reach the customer via phone today.

    Thank you,

    **** ******

We have been in contact with **** ******/ Time Share Closing Group since March 2024 as we were referred to him to process our purchase of a timeshare in ***********. In the beginning we had somewhat consistent communication from **** with regard to our contracts and payment. Since the balance of our payment was made in September, **** has been largely non-responsive and the only responses we have received from him after us reaching out have been promises to follow up and get back to us, which are not upheld. In total we have paid him $2834.20 USD since March. In that time, there has been one significant billing error on the part of Timeshare Closing Group and at least nine times that we have reached out for information or update on our sale that have not been answered or followed up on. We have emailed, called and reached out to his colleagues only to be ignored or promised an email by end of day only to hear nothing. At this point in our purchase, as we have expressed to **** many times, we are unsure if the sale has gone through, unsure if we have accommodation for our planned vacation in March (which we have purchased flights for) and unsure if we have been scammed.

I understand the customer's frustration. I was out on vacation prior to Christmas and returned sick and missed some additional time from work, which put me behind in responding to emails and update requests. I had last communicated with the customer on January 16th informing him I would pull the file and respond with a more specific update. I wasn't able to do that until today. I have emailed and also spoken by phone to the customer today. We were awaiting an additional document from the customer and that has been provided. I have moved the file along to the next step in the process and updated the customer as to the progress and expected process completion time. The process is on track and completion is expected well ahead of the March reservation check in date for the customer, who is the new purchaser on this deal.

We hired Timeshare Closing Group to process documents for the private sale of a Marriott timeshare. That was back in June of 2022. I provided him all the requested information and paid a $300 transaction fee. ********************* was the person we dealt with. He said it would take a long time since ******** was very busy. Months went by asked him the status and said papers were sent to ********. A couple of months went by again and called ******** and asked the status. They indicated that have never received any papers regarding this sale.Called ****** and he said he would send it out again. again called ******** and they said they never received any documents. ********************* has not responded to any additional emails or phone calls in the last two months.

**************** was part of a deal where I was in communication with the other party to the transaction. I did not keep **************** properly updated as business volume was very busy. I have made contact with both **************** and the other customer. The process is moving forward and I have refunded the fees for services paid and I'm completing the deal pro ****. At this stage we have provided the resort management company with all necessary documents for their process and are awaiting completion of the transfer. **************** and the other party have been copied on all communication and aspects of the transfer process at this time. Thank you, TSCG

This company was used to sell my timeshare. Process started approx 6 months ago. Deal finally closed 11/30/2022. Was notified by Paul M L***** wire transfer was sent. No money has been received. Have contacted my bank (no record of transfer to my account) and BOA (bank that wire transfer was coming from). No information could be given from BOA since Paul L***** is the account holder. Attempted to call Paul 6 times only to receive voicemail, messages left and 4 emails sent today with no response. Terrible customer service on Paul's part for not resolving issue as it is not my responsibility to take care of this.
