      3/2/24 appox 3:30 pm ES* the company accepted the tow. Was taking to ************ Affordable *ires **************. Followed the tracking app that stated around 5pm it was completed. Sunday, we went to the mechanic to follow up with them about the truck, no truck was found. Called the warranty company at 11:15am ES*, and they had to call the towing company to find out where the truck was. *hey took it their storage because they mechanic was closed saturday by time they got there. Called the warranty company monday at 2:30pm ES* to find out the vehicle & finally got word to "pay the storage" and they will tow my truck to the shop. Called the towing company today 3/5/24 at 8:08am ES* and he informed me that it will be $633 for storage!!! I informed him that they need to call the customers if they have to store it because who can afford that outrageous price. He said, my driver called you, no one called and then he said he called the warranty guys. *otal lie because when I called warranty Sunday they would of known where the truck was. Also, the mechanic pulled cameras and no one ever pulled into their driveway to deliver a truck. Been going back and forth with the towing company and AUL about the whole situation and now they are wanting me to pay over 600$ for storage. Pulled ****** reviews and this same exact issue down to the * happened to someone 4 months ago.
