    I had signed up for a zoom meeting with infinity vacation club which took place on Mon. 08/12/2024, Upon signing up for the zoom meeting it stated that you will recieve 6 gifts we're giving away for attending our meeting and it states to attend a meeting from home, get a complimentary getaway when we're done. I didn't receive anything. I was advise ***** hours and it is pass that time frame. False adveritsement.

    On August 12, 2024, a guest attended our presentation, which took place from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Following the presentation, the guest inquired about the timeline for receiving the promised gifts. It was communicated that any gifts would be emailed within ***** hours. Unfortunately, on August 13, 2024, our gifting website experienced technical difficulties, preventing us from sending out gifts to our clients as scheduled. On August 14, 2024, the guest contacted us, mistakenly believing that they were entitled to receive six gifts, rather than selecting one from a list of six options. To address the situation, the guest received their selected gift at 7:06 pm on August 14, 2024. Additionally, as a gesture of goodwill for the miscommunication and delay, we provided an extra gift, which was sent at 7:36 pm the same day. In conclusion, the claim of false advertisement is unfounded, as the guest misunderstood the terms of the offer, and the gift was delivered within the promised 48-hour timeframe.
