    Before Broody applied the tint he made a statement: the tint can be difficult to apply on Mercedes. March 25th, 2023 @ 10am was the appointment After Broody applied the tint he informed me that the car have to be in the sun for 2 to 3 weeks April 21st noticed the bubbles on all the windows. Sent a message to Broody and he told me to bring the car back on April 23rd. Broody applied the tint again to 4 windows driver side front and back passenger side front and back. April 28th noticed bubbles. Sent Broody a message and picture. Told Broody that I was going out of town and when I came back I will bring the car on Tuesday or Wednesday but I was sick from the flight. I didn’t take the car back until May 6th. Sent Broody a message and he didn’t reply so I just went to his shop. On May 6th Broody a attempted to remove the bubbles. Broody had a tool bag tied around his waist with a blue sharp object sticking up he was leaning against the car to remove the bubbles. Broody was on the driver side removing the bubbles I walked to the passenger side to look at the windows. Broody came to the passenger side then he stated you can have your money back because I don’t have time trying to get the bubbles out. I told him I just wanted my windows tint. I told him yes I’ll take my money back. Broody walked in to the shop I walked to the driver side then I noticed the scratches two small scratches under the mirror, one on the driver door and one on the back fender. I went into the shop to get Broody to let him know that he scratched my car, I could tell something was wrong because he rushed in the shop without telling me how long it was gonna take to remove the tint. Broody said that he didn’t scratch my car. Told him that I was going home to see if my neighbors ring cam would show the driver side of my car but it didn’t. Caught a Uber home and back to his shop. I do have a picture of the car on April 28th in my driveway from my ring cam with no scratches to the driver side of my car.

    I refunded her in full due to minimal contamination in the window; which is a completely acceptable job when it comes to window film. 

    She crashed her vehicle into something and now wants me to pay for it when it clearly wasnt an incident caused from me nor occcured in my shop. I have photos of her car after completion and there are no scratches.
