I went in to the location today before I was supposed to see my son ** *** ********* This is the first time I had a sitter so I didnt haul 3 kids (his siblings) with me. I was looking forward to spending some quality time with him and would have had almost 2 hours to do so. The visit to your location started of great. I did hear a manager correct one of the guys about not putting air in my tire so I appreciated that he double-checked their work. Then I heard a lot of noise and conversation and words like "it keeps leaking". They gave me my total to pay which I did then the manager came and said there is good new and bad news. The bad news: they broke the tire valve and the good news is that they would fix it for free. I found that to be offensive because 1. I was charged full price for the visit and of course you are going to repair your mistake for free. He told me it would take about 25 minutes. After waiting over an hour I was offered a $15 off coupon the next time I came which I told was not sufficient and I was owed a full refund. It look them over an hour and a half to do the repair and I was not able to see my son. This is the first day I have missed seeing *** ** *** *********

TPMS was broken during service. Nobody’s fault. Removed tire, and transported it to our shop, 5 miles away and replaced the $100 sensor for free. Time frame of about , 40 minutes. Reinstalled tire, and billed her out. That when we put the $15 discount for her oil change. The valve stem on the TPMS sensor broke, they get weathered and brittle. Was explaining that this does happen. That is the reason for no reimbursement. Thank you

I am rejecting this response because: they are lying. I have attached proof (through texts with my sitter) that the tire valve was broken around 10:30 and I was there until around 12:05. Does that sound like 40 minutes?!?! Also...I heard them when it was broken. He took full responsibility and said it was their fault and thats why theyre fixing it. Hes a liar. This is the same manager I've been having issues with. You knew since the next day (weeks ago) that I filed this complaint but you're just responding

    Sincerely,

We owned up to breaking TPMS tire valve. Tire had to be taken off of vehicle, and taken to another location. She did not have a spare tire. To replace TPMS sensor, tire has to be broken down, program the new TPMS sensor, remount the tire, and then take it back to the original shop, and remount tire on car. We didn’t charge her the $100 for the TPMS sensor, and gave her $15 off the oil change

I am rejecting this response because: you don't understand that I shouldn't have been charged for YOUR error..the way you spoke to me that say and your response here...you want me to think you did me a favor by fixing YOUR error. Thats what you were supposed to do. That's no favor to me. Just like I told you on the phone, we will never come to an agreement for that very reason

    Sincerely,

We stand by our previous response. We payed for the new tire sensor. Charged her for service rendered. Oil change.
