    Lockridge Homes/BlackDog Builders is unethical and very poor workmanship and terrible communicator. He failed to honor his contract and also the warranty. My home was supposed to be completed within 6 to 8 months and he never did finish. I was pushed by the bank to close within a year or pay closing costs again. He never did a walk-thru and day after he got his money he walked away. It was 18 months before I could move in because of the flooring. I paid $9100 additional for a flooring upgrade only to have mold under the flooring and crawlspace. I paid additional $5800 to upgrade bathroom only to have it left unfinished, sink in crooked, drop-in tub not installed correctly and has rusting nail heads showing. The pocket door crooked and drywall cracking at top, short towel bar, unfinished drywall, cracks at back of countertop, and no mirror. Bar in kitchen left unfinished. Back porch built shabby with screen door put on backward and not attached correctly and since has fallen off. Steps to bonus room unfinished and creaks. Various other issues. He has also failed to honor the warranty, ignoring my calls as well as calls from the warranty company. The licensing board did fine him. Stay away from Todd B******.

    Please don't waste your time with them. They will not fix anything they do wrong. My front porch is built wrong. Water is leaking in my living room. Water sitting under the house. Cracks in the walls and the list goes on. It's going on two years since my house was built but they was notified with in 6months. My house still not fix n todd stopped replying.once again it's not good to do business with them.
