  My dryer was just flashing on the digital display ...I called Certified Appliance Repair and they scheduled a visit for a couple days later. They do NOT even deserve one star!!The technician came out and was at my house for all of 5 minutes... Told me that The dryer needed a new board in the front and maybe one in the back as well but he had no way of checking that one until he put the first one in.. He never pulled the dryer out and looked at it. He said cost would be between 700 dollars and 1000 dollars depending!! I said I was going to think about it over the weekend.He charged me 125 for 5 minutes of his time and left!
  My son came over and hit the breaker switch for the washer/dryer and it started flashing a D80 code.He looked it up on google and it said to check venting for blockage. He pulled the dryer out and the vent tube had a kink in it and he straightened it out and VOILA... It was working!! The tech should have pulled out the dryer and checked throughly!!! He just looked at the flashing display and assumed it needed a board.If my son had not stopped by and checked this the repair company would have gotten away with scamming me for unneeded parts!!!I stopped payment on the 125.00 check for his misdiagnosed 5 minute visit! Let this be a lesson to all ... Beware of repairman that don't take any time to actually look throughly at your appliances!!

  Always reschedule at last minute. When they did show up they did not set up dishwasher hose correctly and flooded the kitchen and would not come back for 2 weeks.

  If you want the best service and professional service, then contact Certified Appliance Repair. Jeffrey first came to our home to evaluate our ** refrigerator for a possible compressor failure. We only had this new less than 4-1/2yrs. When he arrived he explained everything he would be doing and as he was working on the assessment that was extremely detailed and thorough he answered all my questions and explained exactly what he was doing. After he finished the work, he cleaned everything up, told me exactly what to do to let ** know the issue, and reassured me that more than likely ** would cover. He then explained they may request a second evaluation and if they did they may have that team repair. I ask him can I request that he comes back. He said usually ** determines the next steps if under a warranty repair. He said if they don't and they allow us to come do the repair he was assigned the ticket on this and he would follow it through. So ** approved and he was the tech that returned. My refrigerator is perfect and cooling better than it did when i purchased it. ** has a compressor problem and the new designed compressor must be better. I have identified my go to company for any appliances that they repair. Jeffrey was fantastic at doing the work and being professional. It was a pleasure to have their company do the repair. If I could give higher than 5stars, I would. My husband who works on monitors and usually does repairs was very pleased as well. Thank You Certified Appliance Repair Team and especially Jeffrey.
