    A-List Renovation Consultants replaced my roof approximately 10 months. I have a leak in my master bedroom. I have been calling them for months and they kept telling me that they will send someone right away, but no one would show up. Finally, after months of texts and heated phone calls, they sent a couple of guys over one day. All they did was caulk a piece of flashing on the roof to try to divert water from the suspected area of the leak. I called and told them that the roof was still leaking and they said they would send them back over and get me dried-out. That was over 2 months ago and they have not responded.

    I just spoke to ******....He was apologetic for his complaint..His exact words :I was having a bad day and was angry about other things...I know you told me that you where swamped with hurricane Helene repairs,,,I am so sorry...I am sending a repair crew thursday,,all though i still have several customers that are in the Q ahead of him,,,,there where thousands of roofs destroyed in the Augusta ,,CSRA....we have worked 7 days a week for months trying to help the most severe damaged homes,,,A tiny leak in *** ***s house was not a priority ..as i explained to him from our  first conversation...I would like to receive a call from bbb,,,to explain this matter,,,,,,,,,,mike h****,,,,,,owner ...*** *** ****
