    I contacted this company because they were offering an air duct cleaning for $199. I made them reassure me that it would be a one time cleaning for only $199. I was not home that afternoon, this past Wed 11/27 but my husband was here. When I came home and found out that my husband had to pay him almost $1800 ( including a $225 tip which we never gave him). I was shocked. I demanded to see the invoice but the man was not emailing it to us like we were asking him to do but after contacting him 3 times he finally emailed it to my husband. I was SHOCKED! When I complained to him directly , he then blocked my calls so then I went to their website and messaged him there which he responded with a phone call, he came up with stupid excuses explaining why he charged us so much. Excuse one, was it was because we had accordion type venting going to the main duct work from our registers but this is the type of venting that. they show for the $199 cleaning. Then He said they were extra dirty, that the $199 was only for newer houses )our house is only 23 yrs old.) Then he said that there was an extra register that we forgot to mention but that was not true I gave him the right amount registers before he even got here that day. And then he had no response for the $225 tip that he added to our bill. This one man with his shop vac was here for only here only for a little over 2 hours
