    I took my 2015 Chevrolet Silverado to Charleston Finest Touch repair facility on July 3, 2022, for bumper and paint repair. ********* Insurance Company paid claim #******* in the amount of $3,093.43 in September 2022. On several visits and phone calls to Kevin every month from July 2022 up to the present day in May 2023, regarding my truck and the repair progress, each time I was told they were behind, waiting on parts, or I have to pay an additional cost of $1,000 to paint the truck and storage fee. I contacted adjuster *** ******** ****** ** (***) license ****** to address the repair shop scope of work. He informed me that the repair shop needs to inform ********* to assess a supplement if the shop finds undiscovered damages, so I went to the shop again to have Jordan confirm the check payment covered repairs for the truck and the trailer, not the storage fee. Since Kevin 843 276-6730 receive and cash the insurance claim check, he has not worked the truck, and when I called to try and resolve the issue by letting him keep the payment and give me my truck, he said he will give me my truck when I bring him $1,000. I told Kevin I just had heart surgery and I don't have any money for additional work, so I will come and get the truck. On April 15, 2023, when I got to the body shop, my truck, and the entire business were gone, no signs were posted anywhere and the fenced-in lot was locked! I immediately called Kevin and ask where is my truck, He said he still has not gotten to fix it and moved to another location, so I asked him to send me the address, but he just hung up on me and when I called him back he said he will meet me halfway and bring the truck if I bring him $1,450 because he incurred relocation fee. I tried contacting Kevin again and got no response, my heart surgery hinders me so my wife retained legal advice as to what or how can she get her truck back because this is a stressful ordeal mentally, and struggling financially to make truck payments.
