    I purchased Concert tickets for a concert at this venue held on June 27th. The tickets were purchased through my ****** account on ************. I attempted to resolve this with ************ through ******, but I was told that the venue denied my refund request & any further issues would need to be handled directly with the venue. I emailed the venue on July 5th & sent an instagram message, but no one has responded. I am planning to file in small claims court if I cannot reach them.
    The tickets explained that the concert would be rain or shine. I purchased two general admission tickets and two club access tickets. The club access ticket had a description that explained it allowed access into the venue before and during the concert with access to the building. When we arrived at the concert, it was raining. Many people were standing outside of the gates told they were not allowed in. The venue allowed VIP in to the gates, but no other ticket holders . We went to event staff at the firefly distillery building and attempted to get in since we had club access tickets. We were told it was not fair to let some people in and not everyone. We purchased a ticket to have access to the building and they said they were still not letting us in. They also said it would be more difficult to do refunds if they scanned our tickets. We were told to seek shelter and the update would happen no later 8 PM. Staff said the event had to start because noise ordinance prevented the concert from lasting past 1030. We went to a nearby restaurant & waited but the venue did not update their website until after 8 PM. This caused us to leave thinking that the concert had been canceled. Regardless, we purchase tickets that said we were allowed into a building before & during a concert and we were denied access because of weather, something the venue said they would not do. At the very least I should be refunded for the club access ticket i purchased Since the venue did not honor their agreement.

    Good Afternoon, ************ told her to contact the event organizer not the venue. The event organizer is **** ******. I know it sounds like it is the venue but we have no power to make any defections to refund or not refund any money. The tickets are bought through ************ and the money is held by **********. 

    Firefly does not have any funds from any ticket so Firefly can not refund any money. If she would like any further explanation I can be reached at 843-696-9985

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I contacted ************/ **** ****** and they are stating that event organizers were Firefly . I’ve attached the response from ************.

    We paid for Club Access tickets and were told we were not allowed into the venue around 6pm well after gate open. ************/ **** ****** said this is the responsibility of the event organizers. 
    ************ also said they reached out to Firefly to request a refund and the request was denied.

    Firefly Distillery approves ********** and ************ to refund your ticket. But again you did not buy and tickets from Firefly Distillery, so Firefly Distillery dos not have any of you money and cannot refund you.
