    I am writing to formally request a refund for a couch cleaning service I received on February 10, 2025, at 9:34 AM. The technician completed the service in approximately 20 minutes, and I was charged $210.00. I was informed that results would be visible within six hours, but by the end of the day, my couch looked the same as it did before the service.

    I emailed your company with pictures demonstrating my dissatisfaction and requested either a refund or a reservice. Your team responded by scheduling a follow-up visit on February 12, 2025, between 10 AM and 12 PM. However, upon arrival, the technician informed me that the reservice would yield the same results as the initial cleaning. Given this, I opted to request a refund instead.

    Shortly after, I was contacted by the manager/owner, who stated that the service had been completed as expected and that no further action could be taken. I was also told that the condition of my couch was due to "wear and tear" and that I should consider new upholstery. Despite my dissatisfaction with the service provided, my request for a refund was denied.

    I strongly believe that the service did not meet reasonable expectations, and I am once again requesting a full refund of $210.00. I would appreciate a resolution to this matter as soon as possible. If a refund is not issued, I may need to escalate this complaint further.
