    This all started October 2022 when I was looking for a flag for our home one that was identical on both sides not a screen printed cheap,O. We live in Arizona and usually leave in the extreme heat just for a break. My obsession started with my first American flag just a normal flag but it was mine and I believed it had special powers funny right. I was the squadron crew chief 1974 to 1977 active pulse three more tagged on we were short having lost so many in the conflict.( born in 1957) yes 17 years old.I took my flag and attached it on the inside exit door of a chinook ch 47. I seen the guys that jumped from a perfectly good airplane always had a tell 182nd air born that they two touched for good luck. Ch47 guys much smarter the rope was only 50 foot or so which they slide down in a hot tight LZ. WE LOST SO MANY GREAT men and women.
    Ok the allegiance FLAG I received was beautiful everything they said it was. After 18 months some thing began to happen to just the anchor eye-lit end. I called and talked with the lady she looked up my order and told me what the issue is. During COVID their main source was out of the backing so they out sourced it to another company for that material. My call was not to get anything for free but to let them know this happened.
    I bring our flag in from the rain and leave it hung inside or shopR/V barn from mid June till end of august.
    Well know for monsoon season high wind and 115-120 heat.
    Monday on a swing back threw our home ( winter home) the ups driver pulled up walked up the path and smiled ,he said he knew what was in the package ( box shape and size) silly but getting the new flag gave me back so much pride about being an American and supporting great American company’s like ALLEGIANCE FLAG SUPPLY. ??????????
