Your Certified Technician Bob F***** was fantastic. He arrived at our home approximately 3:00 on a Friday afternoon to discuss our current garage door closer's ( a 21 year old Wayne Dalton unit) condition. After an extensive check of the garage door, closer unit and associated parts he offered three options ranging from a standard unit to one with all the bells and whistles.
We opted for the standard unit which included repairing the door springs and associated parts. The best was the fact he could install everything that day. After a quick call to another customer call he returned on a typically HOT South Carolina Low Country afternoon. In less than three hours we had a working "silent" door opener.
Needless to go on, we were and are pleased with Bob's honest approach and workmanship as a member of the Precision Door Service.Precision Garage Door Service

5 starsOutstanding Service. Door failed on Sunday putting me in a position of not being able to get a car out of my garage. I had several meetings that week and was concerned about how would get there without a car. Had used Precision in the past and was satisfied with their performance but this situation was really impressive. I noticed a "24 hour service" label at their web site and just assumed this would be some type of answering service with a follow up call the next am. Not the case! On calling the number at 9:30 PM on Sunday night I was connected to Amber who was able to immediately pull up my records and document my needs for service. She committed to 8-10 service call Monday AM. Now that is service. Well Brent Dammen called me with a voice mail at 7:30 that Monday that he was on his way. Got here at 8:30 and did an excellent job resolving the broken spring issue I had. Very professional in his work and friendly in his interaction. Could not have asked for better service from Brent!
