After arriving on time, James conducted a thorough inspection of my HVAC System. He then "figured out" it's Passcode (so I could switch from Air Conditioning to Heat when it turned Cold). Throughout his Visit, James proved to be a courteous & knowledgeable Technician (who always puts the Customer First). Based on this Experience, I would recommend Fix-It 24/7 to anyone needing a Home Repair.

Pressure sales is not what I look for in a company that clams they look out for the home owner. I had Fix-It 24/7 come out to give me an estimate on replacing my entire heating and cooling system, in which they did. I informed him I was getting two more quotes (due to this is a lot of money to my family and I) and I would have an answer to him by the next day, which I did. The price they gave me went up over $2000 due to not excepting their do it now. Action like this causes customers to feel manipulated, pressured, and taken advantage of.Fix-It 24/7 Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Heating, LLC

On August 11th, our Comfort Advisor met with the customer, presented pricing and options. During negotiations, the customer counter offered with a price and said if we agree to that price then he would move forward. The result is that we DID agree to his price request. However, when we came back and told him that we would meet his counter offer price, he then said that he would not move forward.
We are not high pressure in our sales process and did not try high pressure with Mr. W****. In this event, the customer asked if we could sale him a system for a certain price, we said yes, and then he said no after he already said if we could offer at the price he asked then he would move forward.

Fixit 24/7 was on time.
Trevor did a thorough job servicing our HVAC unit - most appreciated! Nice guy, respectful of our home and equipment.

James, the technician, was great. He diagnosed the problem with the A/C right away and had it fixed in no time.
He was professional and personable.
I really appreciated all he did to get the A/C working again.

5 starsAbsolutely satisfied with my 24/7 services and yearly check ups on systems. In particular extremely satisfied with our technician James Vojir, who has serviced our system on multiple occasions. I have a rather unique HVAC system and James has been the only person that has been able to not only problem solve any issues, but explain issues at hand to me in an understandable manner. He is never a salesman, simply makes observations and suggestions as if it were his own home and / or money to be spent. I have 1000% confidence in James, and, therefore in 24/7 to treat me fairly when evaluating my home and it's HVAC / water heater. From someone that has used various companies around town that all sold me snake oil and never resolved issues at hand, 24/7 has done nothing but superior work and provided timely service again and again.
