5 starsLief E******* visited to evaluate a “balance” problem we have (too much heat in rooms nearest the unit). I thought additional duct work, dampers and sensors would be needed. He carefully determined that an existing damper on a main trunk line probably needed adjustment and suggested trying that first. Problem solved. We are comfortable now!Review fromJeff M

4 starsFriendly and professional technician came and inspected my tankless water heater. Informed me of what problem he found and said he would contact me via text as soon as he’s able to check price and availability to let me know my options. Will update on follow up. Do wish they had the part on hand since I informed them of error code and model number when I originally called. But, I do understand having all parts available before coming out to troubleshoot issues is not always possible.
