    What a great friend I have to recommend Pro Climate to me. I needed some expert advice on what was needed to ensure the longevity of my AC/Heating unit.

    Adam showed up for appointment on time as promised. I explained my concerns and showed him the unit. Thirty minutes later he knocks on the door and asked me to follow him to the unit.

    He explained and SHOWED me his findings in detail.

    I told him that I had moved in a year prior and it passed inspection, So I never even thought about it again until it was time to be looked at. That was a mistake on my part.

    He told me what he found and what needed to be done and I totally agreed based on what I had seen. I was really worried now about the cost, but needed the issues taken care of.

    I decided to let him do the work. He started right away. He was always prompt, courteous, genuine and very professional.

    From the moment he introduced himself I felt like I had definitively be referred to an expert. He didn’t try to pressure or persuade me into an type of agreement. The estimated cost was also good. He ended up doing more than what was needed or expected to ensure I had no further issues.

    Thank you Adam for a job well done. I’ll be back for sure and will definitely be referring you to my friends and family.
