Trying to navigate the Medicare options are overwhelming. My husband researched your company many years ago, and contacted you for our Medicare Plan N/Vision and Dental options. I have been with your company for 7 years. Each year Senior Savings Network reaches out to me to review my coverage and options. This year I had the pleasure of working with Elisa. She took her time to find me my best options and went above and beyond to find me coverage. I have often recommended Senior Savings Network to my friends. I am extremely happy with the results!

I've dealt with SSN twice now for Medicare Original and for a Dental Plan. I don't know why I decided to contact and insurance company (Aetna) directly but I did and it was a disaster. I spent two days trying to get a policy in effect and ended up cancelling it after struggling through conversations with people working in Bombay (I'm guessing from the accents). One call to SSN and I had a policy in place in maybe thirty minutes.
I've learned my lesson.

Twice now I have utilized the services of Senior Savings Network. Both times I was afforded quality advice on the plans available to me, making it all the easier to reach decisions. This time Maxwell Baity was the rep, and he was excellent in his professionalism, kindness and wealth of information. I have been with Senior Savings Network since I qualified for Medicare. They have not disappointed in providing me with the best recommendations in Medicare Supplement coverage and also with Part D drug coverage. Over the years I consulted with Kendall and Maxwell of the Senior Savings Network on Medicare options and supplemental plans. Both were great. They answered all questions and provided information that was easy to understand and relevant. Update: I was notified that my Medicare Supplement Insurance Co. was stopping business for new customers and could lead to large rate increases. Kristina helped me and my husband both sign up for a different company. I'm saving $20/month and my husband is saving over $100/month! We had a great experience going through the process of questions, etc. with Kristina. She has a great personality and attitude, making the mundane fun, but efficient. We are very grateful for her and the Senior Savings Network! We still have our current Vision, Dental, Hearing reimbursement insurance with them, and have been using it about 5 years.
Initial review several years ago:
I found this website by watching Chris' informational videos, and was convinced that he was truly trying to help people get the Medicare policies THEY need, that will serve them best. I've had lots of retired friends tell me what plans to get and where to go. I've seen how 2 places instructed my husband and wasn't impressed. Also, had to drive awhile to get to these places, and with Senior Savings Network, you talk on the phone, and follow-up emails are very helpful. They email reminders about appointments, and you have access by phone and text for questions. I talked with them several months before needing to make decisions, so they set up an appointment and reminded me of it. Kendall was very helpful, gave clear, concise information. I am set to go before I will start using Medicare, supplement and drug coverage. I feel that she took my personal health situation in consideration when making recommendations. Senior Savings Network is always great to work with. Recently they proactively contacted us to let us know that our Medicare supplement provider was raising their premiums by 40% and want to let us know about some alternatives.
