      Freedom Lawns is phenomenal and honest. We've been with them for almost 2-years. Freedom brought our lawn back to life after it took a major dive; we were using a different company for more than 10-years who started cutting corners with treatments. Now, we get nothing but compliments from passer-byes as most say our lawn looks like carpet now. We have Zoysia in the front yard and combination of Zoysia and St. Augustine in the back yard which all Freedom staff are very knowledgeable. From the various lawn services offered to the staff's professional, courteous, thorough answers to lawn care questions, you can't go wrong. To anyone who has lawn issues, reach out to Freedom Lawns for spectacular service(s). You can't go wrong with this company. In our subdivision, our yard was the only yard this spring that did NOT have massive clover and weeds thanks for Freedom!

      They offer basic lawn services plus two special treatments. We had asked (Chris) for the basic service only, but on the next occasion an extra treatment was administered and the high cost was billed to us. We called the office to object and were informed a company employee required the special treatment. If we have to pay, why can't we control the service?

      We are so sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with our policies. We never want to surprise our customer with an unexpected bill. Some grass types are more susceptible to certain insects that can harm your grass. As professionals in the field, we feel it is our obligation to deter the chances of your lawn being a victim. In your case, the spittlebug treatment is required once a year with the program service. You had the treatment last year because it is required. We tell you about this yearly requirement during the initial analysis and boldly write required by this service on your analysis form. We do understand that sometimes people forget about it the following year. This is one of the reasons that every November, we mail a letter that outlines all of your scheduled services for the upcoming year and invite you to contact us should you have any questions. The spittlebug is commonly overlooked by people as a threat to their lawn. The damage is usually a slow decline and often not apparent until the lawn is coming out of dormancy the following spring. Most people do not understand this, but we do. It is our job to do what's best for your lawn based on our professional knowledge, so that's what we do. I will reach out to you personally to discuss in further detail if you are willing to have the discussion. We regret if the communication was not clear during your recent call to the office. The lady you spoke with is new to taking calls such as yours and I was not here at the time. We always strive to provide our customers with a great service and beautiful lawn. I hope that we can resolve this misunderstanding and work together again.
