      Excellent service! I will be using this transportation service repeatedly in the future!
      In a dental emergency, I was able to get professional transport for my elderly, disabled patient with in a few hours of making contact with no problems. The driver showed up promptly and demonstrated superb professionalism and great care in handling. This put my patient at ease and made the whole experience a pleasure. We look forward our next ride! Thank you so much!

      One of their drivers tried to run me off the road on 4/23/23. He as on his phone, forced his way into the right lane on Folly so he could get on the JI connector. Once he approached the Harbor View Rd exit, he realized he needed to get over (again, on his phone and not paying any attention). He then tried to side swipe me going 60mph. He then pulled up next to me, started flipping me off, calling me every name in the book, and tried to force my car onto the shoulder so he could "beat my ass." So yeah... lovely company and lovely employees. Now ask yourself... would you want this "man" driving your loved ones around to receive medical care? You'd be better off walking where you need to go. Awful, awful company.

      Made an appointment for 1045 to get my mother to a 1230 appointment 30 minutes away.
      They were over an hour late and when the driver arrived she was rude and talking bad about the company.

      She had exactly enough time to make it to the appointment when she told me she had to pick up another patient 20 minutes away.

      Ultimately, I took my totally wheelchair bound mother out of the van because she would not have made it on time to be seen.

      Spoke with the owner (Robert) and he had a ton of excuses as to why he didn’t fulfill the contract to transport my mom to her appointment on time.

      Money hungry over promising and under delivering at its best.

      These companies can be a detriment to elderly that wait months for an appointment. Totally unacceptable service.
