    I made a purchase of a shirt from Maverick city music. It was never delivered and I never received a shipment confirmation. I have reached out to Maverick city music via email and through ********* DMs. After repeated efforts, I finally received a response through ********* in which they offered to send me an alternative shirt. I never received shipping confirmation or delivery of that product either.

    I ordered a shirt from Maverick City Music Merch store on November 26, 2024 (see receipt attachment #1). Upon receiving the shirt, the item was too small. Per the company’s policy, I submitted a return request on December 2, 2024 (see attachment #2). The company has a 30 day return policy (see attachment #3). After many attempts on contacting the company via the website and multiple social media sites…. no phone number contact available), I decided to pay for the return of the item prior to them sending me a return label. I was worried if I continued waiting for my return label it would be outside of the 30 day window per policy. Finally, the company emailed me apologizing for the delay on December 31, 2024 and they would update me soon (see attachment #4). I did not actually receive my return shipping label until January 9, 2025 (see attachment #5). This would have been outside of the 30 day return window. I didn’t send them an email communicating I had already sent back the shirt and requested an email confirming the refund (see attachment #6). At this present moment (January 11, 2025). I still received no word regarding my refund.
