      When we purchased our carpeting, the salesperson told us that the $45 we paid for an estimate would be refunded when we made a purchase. We purchased carpeting, but the $45 was never refunded. While in our home, one of the installers broke an antique bowl. The replacement cost is $119. The installers left several carpet remnants for us, but when the last installer left our home, he picked them all up and took them with him. We have contacted Carpet Wholesaler's several times asking for the $45 refund, the replacement cost of the broken item, and some carpet remnants in the event that we need to replace a small area of carpet, but they will not respond to us.

      We have resolved the issue with the customer directly. The $119.00 for the damaged item has been paid to the customer as well as a 12' x 3' piece of carpet (same style and color of his purchase) per his request. The $45.00 measure deposit was not refunded because owe applied it towards his purchase. We explained that to him.
