    I ordered a sweater on 11/25 from TheHutStore (order #71468). I attempted to follow up on 12/2 via email and completed their contact us form numerous times on their website. The phone number on their website is fast busy. On 12/4 I filed a dispute with my credit card company. On 12/17 a random email was sent with a tracking number. I again tried to call (fast busy) and use the contact us form (no response) to cancel. Around December 29th the item randomly showed up at my house. The website says you have to reach out before you can return an item for refund. I've tried again to call, use the form, and email for support and nothing. Right now I am stuck with a HORRIBLE quality and fitting sweater with NO communication back from the company in nearly 2 months

    On November 25th I placed a order with the Hut Store New England men's jogging suit they promised that orders placed by December 3rd would be delivered before Christmas & they would send me a tracking number well they never sent me a tracking number, they advertised a phone number that doesn't work (417)317-9096 I have emailed them several times at the email address they provided [email protected] they the hut store will not respond to any of my emails. The hut store business address is 7609 E Oakridge Circle North Charleston, SC 29420. Thanks Mrs Bland

    The hutstore.com has taken advantage of myself and others from other reviews on other websites. I placed an order on November 26, 2024. It’s still showing processing as of today’s date on December 10, 2024 since the date that I placed the order, I have reached out to the company for at least six times asking for an update and I’ve heard nothing. The phone number that’s associated with the business after googling it is associated with multiple businesses and when you call the line is always busy so you cannot reach anybody. I want consumers to know that they should not order from this website at all.

    This was a scam. The website and confirmation number looked legitimate enough for a small business, but after I emailed two weeks post-purchase for an update, the email in response was very clearly not from someone who’d live in SC.

    Order from the site on 10/29. Standard shipping to arrive within 7 days. It has now been over a week and order is still processing. I have called the number on their site several times, it’s disconnected. I have emailed them several times but no response at all. I believe this site to be a fraud. This site needs to be investigated for taking money from customers and not providing a products or even customer service
