    I paid an invoice (#******, 23 Nov 2022) for Front Wheel Alignment and a second invoice for water damage repairs for a full amount of $4,527.74 (see attached Citi credit card statement on Feb 24, 2023 when I took physical possession of my Recreation Vehicle (RV). From invoice date to credit card statement, my RV was in the possession of Paradise RV to 24 Feb 2023. My RV was used for a minor trip of approximately 1100 miles from 4-10 Mar 2023 and then stored for several months in Flower Mound, TX. The RV was then taken on an extended trip from 9 Jun-30 Aug that involved ~7000 miles of driving. At about halfway through the trip we noted the tires were wearing excessively on the front steering wheels with the passenger side being severely worn. I have attached conversations from Paradise RV Service Associate and Owner (see gmail pdfs and pictures of the tires at replacement). Paradise RV and Sales failed to properly align my steering wheels of my vehicle and failed to validate the water flow from the refrigerator that was part of this repair. I am requesting a full refund of services performed. Paradise RV choses to blame it's contractor for the vehicle service they subcontracted "********** ***** *** *****" and requests that I go through their subcontractor to gain costs incurred to repair the tires and misalignment. A wheel alignment typically lasts between 12,000 and 25,000 miles and normally only goes out of alignment to over 3/4" out unless there is damage to the tie rod or wasn't properly done in the first place (see corrected alignment supporting document). Our use of the refrigerator during this trip has forced us to buy water because the filtered water system within the refrigerator was not repaired correctly by Paradise RV. I was not provided an alignment document from Paradise RV or their sub-contractor on the front wheel alignment. Due to the problems with the alignment I have been requested not to discuss this by the owner.

    Hello,

    Mr. ******* wants to keep opening the same case, hoping for different results. This case has already been submitted and dismissed. Unfortunately, there has not been a significant update to his story that would allow us to reconsider any fault or negligence by our shop. At this time, there isn't anything we can do for Mr. ******* because the discrepancies are too significant between the repairs and the claims he is making. Furthermore, the new case about the water filtration system is past our 60-day warranty policy. We do offer a 60-day warranty on all parts and services. However, Mr. ******* only notified us of potential damage to the water filtration system a few days ago. We do apologize for any grievance Mr. ******* has. We wish him well and thank him for his time and consideration. Additionally, we thank the fine employees and workers at the BBB for your time and consideration.
