5 starsI highly recommend Southline Roofing & Exteriors. Kevin provided estimates and coordinated everything with the insurance company prior to beginning the job making it an ease to get started. Ignacio, Kevin, and Yobana checked on the crew, making multiple site visits while they were working on the roof. Ignacio and Kevin check in after the job was completed to make sure we were satisfied with how everything was completed. Their customer service alone goes above and beyond, they did great work and most importantly maintained a clean area outside while they were working. We have small children and a dog so it was important to me that they also leave the outside area clean of debris that they could get in to or hurt on. Overall, we were very impressed with them and would use Southline Roofing & Exterior in the future.Southline Roofing & Exterior LLC

5 starsBack in November of 2022, we found a leak in our roof and had about 6 different roofing companies come out to our home to provide estimates and guidance. Ignacio Lopez with Southline Roofing company is the the only contractor/company that offered to put a tarp over the damaged roofing to prevent more interior water damage from occurring until we were financially ready to proceed with a total roof replacement. Ignacio spent over 3 hours discussing the shingles, warranty, services that Southline roofing provides whereas all other roofing companies spent 15-30 minutes talking with us and assessing our problem. Southline replaced our roof, added new ridge vents, and performed siding work, including rebuilding half of our chimney because of a water damage. Ignacio kept me in the loop and answered my questions thoroughly throughout the whole process. The siding and roofing work is impeccable and exceeded our expectations. The black drip edge that they recommended looks amazing with our new roof. The ladies assisting at the office were super courteous and friendly and very responsive to my questions. If you have any roofing or siding needs, I highly recommend Southline Roofing and Exteriors not only for the quality of their workmanship but also for their unparalleled professionalism and custom service. They have my business for life if I ever have any other roofing needs: with the quality of their work and product, I am sure I won’t need them again unless I buy a new home. Thank you for all you did for us Southline, Ignacio, Yobana, and Emily. We are customers for life now!

5 starsWe contacted Southline Roofing on the recommendation of a friend who had used them previously.
Our intitial concern was leaking from skylights in a roof that had been rebuilt in 2011.
Starting with the first visit from Field Consultant Kevin C**, we knew we had chosen the right company.
After providing an estimate for the work, the Southline team, including Administrative Assistant Kaley G******, Project Coordinator Yobana S*******, and the hard-working crews got busy.
They accommodated our needs while doing the work and the crews worked in difficult conditions, including cold, rain and wind.
After identifying a second area of concern, the team found serious damage where a chimney cap had been improperly installed a decade earlier.
Field Consultant Ignacio L**** quickly provided another estimate and the work was, once again quickly dispatched.
Southline honored both of their estimates to the letter, the work was exceptional and the clean-up was also completed quickly and efficiently.
I would unequivocally recommend Southline Roofing to anyone in need of professional roof repairs.

One of the most professional companies I have dealt with since moving full time to Charleston.
Very responsive to all customer requests. Excelled in the following areas:
1) Immediate response to estimate request 2) roof inspection and delivery of the estimate 3) scheduling roof replacement 4) roof installation and 5) clean up.
Kevin, Yobana, and Ignacio thank you for handling any and all of my concerns and questions.
You can count on me to recommend you highly to any of my friend/neighbors needing a new roof!
