    I stayed at Avista Resort 4.18.2025-4.19.2025 what I thought would be a great little get away trip for daughters first birthday, things were find until we were getting ready and I discovered a bed bug, manager(*****) was made aware, who advised me of the protocol they had to take, told me she would follow up with me and never did. I called to speak with her the next day, she had everyone screening the calls, wouldnt get on the phone and speak with me directly, an hotel clerk(GiGi) gave me the wrong email addresses for the general manager and quality assurance so I couldnt file an complaint with them directly, poorly handled.

    Our ***************** team did receive and reply to an email from the guest on 04/20/2025 in regards to these challenges during their stay at Avista Resort. We had professional pest control company come out and complete an inspection of the unit, which resulted in findings that here was no evidence of bed bug activity or infestation in the room. As a gesture of goodwill, we did apply a $60.00 courtesy refund to the reservation in acknowledgment of the experience.
