    I paid for a full year of service with the company to pick my trash up every Monday! Since requiring the services they have not been on time but a handful of times! I've tried to contact them left several voicemails and nothing! I feel it is a health hazard because my trash is piling outside of the trash can because I am not getting weekly services I am getting whenever they feel like grabbing my trash which has been weeks at a time! I would like to be reimbursed for at least three months of service in order to be satisfied.

    They still have not responded to any of my phone calls. After three weeks they did pick up trash after I was on our local news company, but they have not picked up this week again. I feel they need to be shut down because they are taking peoples money to get new vehicles and additions to their house but does not complete services.

    I prepaid G G and G garbage for trash pick up. Pick up is sporadically and they will not return my phone calls or emails. The garbage is still sitting out by the road three weeks now in a row they have very rarely come by to pick up the garbage I have been a customer since February I renewed the service with them listening to their excuses hoping that they would improve their services but they have only gotten worse. The neighborhoods is starting to smell because of the trash and it's embarrassing! I expect my trash to be picked up weekly and not excuses their truck being out of order is not my problem they should have a back up plan if they don't have reliable equipment. I got an email recently telling me prompt payment was I expected I am paid until the middle of December my trash has been sitting outside it has not been picked up and I'm not going to pay for renewal if they will not pick up my garbage. Also they promised a new garbage can because the one I have is ruined from nasty garbage staying in there for so long never got a new garbage can either they never exchanged it with a new one as promised. They will not return my calls as I've left several voicemails on their ****** answering service. I have reached out to them several times and I'm tired of this! They need to be investigated for fraud because they are promising services without doing their job. They should be ashamed of themselves!

    The company sent the following message on Nov 10: "I hope everyone is having a blessed day so far. As a company we would like to let you know what's been going on with the last few weeks. Last Wednesday one of our trucks as well as two workers were involved in a serious wreck. That resulted in the total lost of the company truck as well as the driver with head injuries and the helper with a fractured neck, hand, and face. We also had to relieve all of GG&G's employees for very poor performance on the job. As we work hard to bring back the standards of GG&G, we will be on a two week hiatus to ensure that everything and everyone is in alignment with the mission of GG&G. Also we will be refunding all of our customers 2 months worth of service due to this inconvenience. This should reflect on every customers accounts by Monday morning. We appreciate everyone understanding as we work through this adverse time. It's not easy but we are committed to making it right. Once again we do apologize for the miscomputation as well as the lack of service." It is Nov. 30 now and I still have not received the refund promised. 2 months of service would come out to $67.78. I have called twice and emailed twice in the time between now and when the email was sent and have not received any communication in response. I am seeking the refund promised from this company.

    Purchased trash removal for a year from the seller's web site. paid in advance for the entire year have not received any service at all. Signed up for service Oct 22nd, 2022. been unable to contact anyone either by phone or message on their website.

    Purchased 12 months of service August 20, 2022. Purchased service for weekly garbage, recycling and yard waste pickup. Was told in an email that our pick-up day would be Thursday and to have everything out the night before. The first week pickup went fine. The second week nothing was picked up on Thursday and I had to contact them. Was told they were running behind because of the holiday (Labor Day) which was the following week. They picked everything up Friday. Was find with this until the next week when they again did not pick up anything on Thursday. Their website states "Monday Customers Only Memorial Day pick up will be Friday May 27th, 4th Of July pick up will be Friday July 1st & Labor Day pick up will be September 2nd 2022!". I even emailed and called and left a VM earlier this week to confirm they would be picking up everything on Thursday. I received no callback or email response. It is now Friday and my garbage is still sitting in the driveway.

    Consumer Response /* (3000, 9, 2022/09/20) */ The company reached out to me and we agreed upon them taking our garbage from around the side of the house and putting bins/cans back when done so that it would not matter if they arrive a day or two behind schedule. I have agreed to give them a second chance with them offering this service to avoid having us leave our rubbish at the end of the driveway for days.

    I applied for service with this company and paid $380.58 for garbage removal service. I paid for garbage pick up for one year along with rental of a garbage can. My garbage was picked up once and no can was ever dropped off. I have called the company multiple times at least 5 in an effort to make sure they knew the garbage was not picked up, however, they stopped returning my phone calls the Friday before labor day. I attempted to send them a message through their contact us portion on the website without a response. I am requesting refund of the money paid due to receiving no service from this company and being completely unreachable.
