    Service is non existent. If I were 10 yrs younger I would open my own appliance service next ******** guarantee they would be OOB in less than 6 months. Why a warranty company would give them exclusive rights is ridiculous.

    Against my better judgement, I am responding to this customers false accusations. He had a ******* appointment. I called him at 4:40pm to let him know I was on my way and would be there in 15 minutes. He informed me that he had been waitng since 1pm and was not waiting any longer, he had places to go and people to see. My office had left a voice mail message earlier to insure him that he would be seen today as scheduled. Since he declined to allow us to keep our initial service call, our office called the next day to reschedule and let him know that we would not be available for his area again, until the following week. As is our normal procedure, we were going to schedule him with a four hour time frame, not all day or eight hours, as is sometimes customary in the service industry. He did not want to wait the four hour time frame, so we assured him we would work with him as best we could. In the meantime, he reported us as a no call/no show to the warranty company. At that time, our office called the warranty company, we asked them to schedule this customer with another ***********************, because we would not be servicing him, after he reported us as being a no call/no show. The warranty company said that they would dispatch another service company. This customer continued to call our office, and leave messages, asking if we were going to still be coming out to service his appliance. Our office did not respond to the customer, because he left condescending messages on our office voicemail and the warranty company said that they would take care of this customer. Believe what you will, This should be retracted and an apology is in order. If the BBB would like us to send the voicemail recording, contact us anytime. Have a Blessed Day!

    Starting with **** who answers the phone to ****** for servicing, you can't ask for better service. Very friendly, professional and ****** gets the job done. Highly recommend them to everyone.

    My extended warranty at Lowes is serviced by C and E Appliance.My dryer went out sunday. I completed an online warranty service request sunday night. Immediately i was assigned C and E, and i selected tuesday for service. On monday morning **** contacted me to confirm the appointment and to get more information regarding the dryer. She told me ****************** be my service person. On Tuesday ****** arrived as promised and fixed the dryer. It is a stacked unit and surrounded by cabinets. ****** knew exactly how to get the units out and performed the service, cleaning the unit as well and making sure the vent duct and supply power lines were all in place. *** completed and i givecthem 5 stars for best service ever!
