    I dropped a small package off at *** store 2882 on 10/31/2024. I was given a couple options for delivery with one being 2 day arrival which cost an extra $32.88 which brought my total to $63.50. I paid to have the package delivered on Sat November 2nd but was not delivered until Wed the 6th! I believe *** was dishonest in selling me a service which they did not provide. All I asked from *** was to refund me the $32.88 that I paid for 2 day delivery. I did file a claim with *** but was turned down. How can a business sell a service but not provide that service? I have always done business with *** and never had any problems. I will no longer use *** because a person wants to get what they pay for and not be cheated!
