    My dog was traumatized from the staff there. My dog has been groomed every six weeks of his entire life without issue. First time here and last. They are rude, and I can only assume how mean they were to him for him to be so traumatized and scared wouldnt come out of the cage. It looks like a doggy mill inside 15 dogs minimum in cages. My dog was in a cage for 2 1/2 hours before they were even going to start on him. Should be investigated and shut down
