    I partner slingshot rental business in Myrtle Beach SC with ******* ****. June 01- 2022 Robert D S******, Who is sale person at dealership contacted me by text message. This is Rob with Jimmy Jones Polaris in Orangeburg. I'm working a deal with ******* on 4 Polaris slingshots. He said this is his investor's number. ******* directed me to call you for the deposit on the order. I called ******* to confirm about Robert. My first question for ******* is: will deposit refundable?. ******* say yes. Then I call Robert. My first question for Robert is the same. Will my deposit refundable?. Robert said yes. I am smart enough to use my $2,000.00 the right way. You can check with dealership, is there any document that I did signed and I agreed that my deposit not refundable. Almost a month pass by, my slingshot business been not that great and I feel so risky, I don't make enough money plus people driving so dangerous at the beach. I don't want to get involve in any trouble that I can't predicted. I told *******, I am complete out the business. June 24 2022. I sent message to Robert and cancel an order and request him to reverse my deposit. He didn't reply. I sent 2nd messages to request him to confirm he got it . He never reply. Few days after, I tried to call him. he didn't answer no reply. I call my credit card company to dispute that $2000.0 transaction. I found out dealership charged twice on my card what is $4,000.00 not $2,000.00 as Robbert told me. August 08 2022 I sent group text to Robert and *******. I screenshot the conversation that Robert ignored me since to notify to ******* what was going on. Robert still didn't reply. Saturday follow, I sent another group text. I told Robert, he is not honest person the way he act. No reply. Matter must solve in nice way. I wonder, as a big company why acted this way. My credit card company still fighting. I just want to save everyone times and solve this matter quick. Thank you for your help **** ***

Then he called back and ordered another 4 Slingshots with again each having a $500 deposit. His card was run each time for $2000 for a total of $4000. He disputed credit card charges for the second $2000 which is still in dispute as if this nite. We have not heard from Mr *** at all. We have been trying to reach him to communicate about his incoming units and were told by his business partner that he was out of the country. On Friday the 19th, after receiving this complaint, we contacted his business partner and he was able to get us in touch with Mr *** and we let him know that a refund was know problem we just had t heard from him. Since he had disputed credit card charges he has only been charged $2000 and so after speaking with credit card company they advised to allow second credit card dilute to hit brought and his other $2000 would be given back to him as well. We did this in 8/19 and Mr *** should have full refund in 2-3 business days if not today. Consumer Response /* (2000, 10, 2022/08/24) */ I got the refund back. I am so appreciate for your help. The sale person and the store manager have contacted me and blame everything on me. Sale man told never received my call or messages. I texted him 5 times and call him one time. He didn't received it. Credit card department dispute two transactions for almost two weeks and I have signed a letter they sent to me to approved the credit card attorney to keep fighting the case. Evidences is there. But whatever. Problem solved. I hope they not making hard on their own customers in future. Thank you
