      Paragon Builders constructed my home a few years ago and did an EXCELLENT job! I am really shocked by this customer's review. I found the owner and contractors to be very professional and timely. I will continue to enthusiastically recommend Paragon. Espila E.

      Paragon Builders, located at **** ******** Rd, Orangeburg, SC 29118 constructed my new house. Location 104 Choco Palm Court Orangeburg SC, 29118, Closing date October 28, 2021.
      Ace Preferred Inspection out of Charleston SC. did an inspection of the property prior to closing, on October 27, 2021, Three individuals attended the house inspection. On the day of the inspection, three individuals attended on-site. Ace inspector, Paragon Builder: Stefon ******* and
      Realtor, Janelle Michell on my behalf. The Paragon Builder representative was a no-show.
      Upon completion of the paperwork, I ask for the keys to the house, I was told by the lawyer that he did not have the key to the house. The lawyer called Paragon Builders owner, Stefon ******* ask him for the keys to the house he said no keys until I get my money. He got his money I got the keys, When I open the door to the house that's when the nightmare began.
      I like to set up a meeting with one of your representatives to show you the report the ACE report. The only correction to the house to date has been bad corking, cheap security light
      replacement, and unbelievably bad repainting of the hallway wall, tightening facets. I would appreciate it If you would grant me an opportunity to meet with one of your representatives to discuss the unimaginable, unprofessional construction work by Paragon Builder.
      Owning my first home has been a lifetime dream turn into the worst night mear of my life.
      PLEASE, PLEASE give me the opportunity to meet with one of your representatives to discuss
      my options.
