    Unfortunately rented through a 3rd party with this company and it was a horrible experience. They fraudulently added coverage to our rental that we declined when picking up the car, now they are saying it was required, but their site shows it's only required in LA/CA and we were in FL. The person working the counter was rude. The first car we had was dirty and had an odor. On the first day, the AC went out so we had to wait for them to bring us a second car. The 2nd car was also filthy, covered in dog hair and had a horrible stain on the passenger seat. Both cars were dinged up on the outside as well. They wouldn't provide us a copy of our recent at the counter, said it would be emailed, never received. Asked for it twice after, still nothing. More than a week later, they charged our car a 2nd time completely fraudulently. When we try and call the office, we get voicemail or they put us hold and never return. Contacted the 3rd party we made the initial reservation for and they have been trying to make contact with Fox Rental and have been unable to.
