    I contacted Michael Varner on Sept 23, 2024 for an estimate to replace my roof at **** ****** ****** rd. Cope SC. Michael (Cody) Gave me a quote for $6000.00 for steel and $7000 for shingles. He provided me a contract to install metal on my roof on 9/27/2024 in which I signed and sent back to him on 10/1/2024. Contracted stated i need to put half down to start which i sent ($3000) to Cody on 10/1/2024. Since then he has been hard to contact and has came up with several reasons why this has not been completed or even started. At this point i would prefer a refund or even just the material. I do Have a copy of the contract and proof of the payment.

    Update on this, Cody contacted me and informed me that he dropped material off at the site. I have hired another contractor to install the roof, and all the material is wrong. Looks like it's something he got off another job. All the metal is 3' too short and not enough to do the job. All the other materials are short as well. At this point we will have to start from the beginning. Sad
