Purchased a kawasaki side by side went to drive it onto my trailor and it was a lemon spewing oil all over the place all over me and my daughter. They took it back but put it as a bad review on my credit report. Like I had an account with Sheffield that I didnt pay for.. Sold me a more expensive kawasaki pro mx side by side sweet looking but wouldnt start due to fowl spark plug they installed new spark plug and gave me some lame excuse to why it was fowled out. We took it home the entire exhaust was heating up fire red like a furnace. They took it back said it needed an entire new exhaust. Replaced the exhaust without putting all bolts back in. We started to put it on trailor and it was making rattling noise we stopped looked at the engine and found 3 bolts missing on the exhaust they couldnt find them so took some off someone else's to install on mine. We took it home and same problem but worse very fire red hot exhaust. When I called the service guy Aaron he pretty much called me a liar and wanted proof pictures but never gave me a cell number to send pictures too I told him I didnt want to run it anymore and damage it worse he said before I picked it up they ran it for an hour and it was fine but that couldnt be true because I checked the fuel levels and hours before I gave it to them and it was exactly the same as it was when I dropped it off.. At this point i paid the first payment now on it and it still not fixed. My entire experience with this company I now am putting 2 and 2 together and have caught all members in so many lies I dint know what to believe. They have no licensed mechanic on the job just children that Google issues or call Kawasaki to help them guide them through the fixing process. I also noticed they have more damaged inventory in the back behind the building than inside for sale. Nobody cares about the issue they got what they wanted THE CHECK FROM SHEFFIELD that I have to pay back for a product I still to this day have got to enjoy. Fraud

Mark, thank you for taking the time to leave this review online. The first Mule you purchased did have a mechanical problem. That does not make it a Lemon - The reason manufacturers give warranty on their machines is because they anticipate issues may arise and want to make the consumer whole. Knowing that there would be a delay to repair the machine you initially picked out, a choice was given to get a different machine, and you opted to go that direction. You financed the Mule with Sheffield Finance, so YES, you will need to make the payments you agreed to until it is paid off with Sheffield. In regard to the mechanical issue with your new Mule, the technicians determined the issue was in the exhaust and replaced it. When you called back and informed us that the issue was still occurring, it is not uncommon for us to request pictures to submit to Kawasaki - it is not meant to imply any distrust, and I apologize it came across that way. You did call us back and stated another dealership knew the correct fix, and you were taking it there to have repaired. Yet you state in this post that it is still not repaired since you can't enjoy it, please clarify for us. We are definitely eager to assist in resolving any issues that are occurring. If it is still in need of repair, please reach out to the service department, 843-871-5371.

After reading the reviews, Velocity mustve ordered lemon equipment becausr I've had the WORST experience after. Aftrr years kf contemplating purchasing a gokart for my son, I decided to go with Velocity because I assume thdy were legit. I purchased my son Go-Kart (buggy) in December 2021. I've had nothing but issues with this gokart from the time I got it. It has been back and forth in to their shop, starting a couple of days after I purchased it. First they gave it to me noy assembled properly and it would not run unless it was on high idle. Once they fixed that, the go kart would run a little and then cut off. They picked the cart up TWICE and claimed they fixed the problem which was a lie. The last time they tried to CHARGE me for their defective equipment. My son let the cart sit for a couple of months (crunk it rode it in the yard periodically once a month as they instructed). My son got in thr cart to go riding today and ONCE AGAIN he is stuck because a newly fixed go kart full of gas stopped on him again. I hate the day i walked into their established and spent my money because can not use the product. Here it is Jan 2023 and Im still having the same issues. Paying on a go kart that I can not use. I don't even want a replacement I want to RETURN and be done with this company.

    Chiquanna,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I see you purchased your Go-Kart 12/18/2021. On 1/5/2022, you came to us with some concerns you had on the Go-Kart, we addressed and fixed them all at no charge to you, and delivered the Go-Kart back to your residence. On 1/17/2022, you reached out again, and we picked up the Go-Kart. We determined that the spark plugs in the Go-Kart needed to be replaced. We replaced the spark plugs at no charge to you and delivered it back to you. 7 months later, on 7/19/2022 - you returned again with running issues. It was determined that it needed a fuel flush from bad gasoline, spark plugs were again needing to be replaced, and a new battery since it had dies. All of these items could be a result of neglect, or lack of use. We did submit it to the warranty company per your request, and they too declined to cover due to the reasons above. They are not defects, just lack of maintenance or neglect. You declined the repairs needed, and requested the contact info for the warranty company, which were given to you, and the Go-Kart was returned to you. We would be happy to assist and take a look at the Go-Kart and give you an estimate needed for repairs. You can contact the service department at 843-871-5371 to make an appointment.
