I requested to be notified when billing activity may commence, I was not and have now received two medical care bills of 175$ each. I did not authorize care, billed activity or medical consultations. I also have not resolved medical activity and did not operate under explanation of pricing or how the company bills. Up front, I requested explicitly to be notified of fee schedule and billing activity because I was unfamiliar with the business operations. The representative told be the fee schedule would be shared at the beginning of the consultation. None of what was discussed with their customer service was honored and they are continuing to place more fees on my account and billing my health insurance for unauthorized charges. I requested the company close all my cases and stop activity immediately and it have been 48 hours without closure or removal from their system. I did not receive care, ask for consultations or request any charged activity, and it still persists. The company is hiding their fee schedule and explicitly ignored my request to be notified of the prices before entering billed activity.

We are waiving these claims since a fee schedule was not provided to the patient, as promised. Additionally, upon further review, it appears this patient was subject to high-than-usual wait times wait times. Despite the fact these claims were billed correctly according to their plan structure, we are retracting them since this patient's experience from a customer-service perspective did not meet our standards. Additionally, we will be following up with our customer service team member who mishandled their request for a fee schedule.

The client was evaluated and approved the receiving prior authorization. Galileo policy states 36 hours a weeks of home/skilled care my be provided. Galileo Failed to reimburse agency after agreeing with the client that they were free to choose whomever they wish for home/skilled care. After providing all for the information requested along with licensure. After jumping through hoops dotting all I's crossing all T's. Six weeks later they reneged on the agreement to pay leaving Agency with **** and the family possibly getting sued. Galileo has very poor management and seem to pass your situation back and forth without resolutions. Extremely not pleased with this outcome.
