In summer 2021, I began the process of having my teeth replaced with great on 8 implant dentures. The process took longer that they promised but I was eventually given my lab set of teeth. At this time I paid my balance in full. ($50.000.00) I had to give my bottom set back as my bite was off terribly also I lost a couple of implants as they were drilled in sideways (told to me by doctor in Pawleys Island)but they assured me it would be okay.I traveled between their two offices because for reasons unknown to me it was getting harder and harder to get an appointment.I checked the *** and it turns out ********************* had lost his license but was still continuing to practice as a matter of fact,he informed me that my bottom set was in but really what happened was he compromised my set from the lab by taking out all the work the lab had done and scraping it out. He filled it with cement and placed it in my mouth. He thought he would be able to take it out but he was not able to. I came back several weeks later and they were still unable to get it out. They decided to let it stay until it came out on it's own. That still has not happened. In the meantime, the business changed names. I saw the new doctor in the Mt Pleasant twice and had a cleaning done in June 2023. They assured me then that they would be finishing my work. They scheduled me a next cleaning for October 9 in Mt Pleasant I got there and the office was closed. I texted the front desk/dental assistant girl and she said the office was closed while they were awaiting a new dr. *** nobody called to let me know. I wasn't happy but *** with the Pawleys Island office scheduled me for November. I called to confirm my appointment several times as it is three hours away from me with no return call. Now nobody will call me back. I've called dozens of times with no return calls and I am left with incomplete, comprised work that I paid in full for, I want my work completed and a new bottom set from the lab that isnt compromised.
